Fees.—The fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Competent Authority by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VIII; and the Competent Authority shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
