Intimation of change.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall intimate to the Family Court, in Form I and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Family Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
