Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the collector of donations shall apply to the Charity Commissioner in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
