Intimation of change.—Every collector of donations shall intimate to the Charity Commissioner, in Form F and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
