Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of donations who ceases to carry on the collection of donations for a charity shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every budget held by him has been disposed of.
