Intimation of change.—Every shopkeeper in a village market shall intimate to the Gram Panchayat, in Form 2 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
