Intimation of change.—Every owner of land within a cantonment shall intimate to the Cantonment Board, in Form D and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Cantonment Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
