Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a remotely piloted aircraft dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Airports Authority in Form CA-8, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every log book then held; and the Airports Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
