Intimation of change.—Every bidder shall intimate to the Public Accounts Committee, in Form GFR 12-C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Public Accounts Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
