Surrender of certificate.—Every food business operator who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a food business shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every analysis report held by him has been disposed of.
