Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the food business operator shall apply to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
