Clause 2, Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts (Lease of trust property Control) Order, 2024 [S6C-BBD]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951); (b) "hereditary trustee" means a person carrying on the hereditary management of a temple; (c) "audit report" means a audit report received, held or disposed of by a hereditary trustee in the course of the hereditary management of a temple; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
