Intimation of change.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant shall intimate to the Ground Water Authority, in Form E and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ground Water Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
