Surrender of certificate.—Every property manager who ceases to carry on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every brochure held by him has been disposed of.
