Intimation of change.—Every distributor of films shall intimate to the Advisory Panel, in Form II and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Advisory Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
