Surrender of certificate.—Every distributor of films who ceases to carry on the distribution of films shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Advisory Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every set-top box held by him has been disposed of.
