Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the platform aggregator shall apply to the Chief Inspector in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Chief Inspector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
