Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the commission agent in a market shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
