Surrender of certificate.—Every commission agent in a market who ceases to carry on the business of a commission agent in a market shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every market fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
