Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public function who ceases to carry on the holding of a public function shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every summons held by him has been disposed of.
