Application for registration.—Every occupier of land near a monument carrying on the occupation of land near a monument shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form III, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every permission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
