Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distributor shall apply to the Food Authority in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Food Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
