Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the auctioneer shall apply to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
