Surrender of certificate.—Every auctioneer who ceases to carry on the sale of goods by auction shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every chit agreement held by him has been disposed of.
