Maintenance of premises.—Every polling agent shall keep the premises where attendance at a polling station is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every account of election expenses kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with attendance at a polling station, and shall furnish to the Returning Officer in Form 6, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
