Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any third party administrator dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form IRDA-7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
