Intimation of change.—Every contractor of a public authority shall intimate to the Lokayukta, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Lokayukta shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
