Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor of a public authority who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts for a public authority shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokayukta in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every register of requests held by him has been disposed of.
