Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mutual fund shall apply to the Clearing Corporation in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Clearing Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
