Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance broker who ceases to carry on the business of an insurance broker shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-8 of the manner in which every survey report held by him has been disposed of.
