Intimation of change.—Every insurance broker shall intimate to the Insurance Information Bureau, in Form IRDA-6 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insurance Information Bureau shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
