Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the arbitral award debtor shall apply to the Mediation Council in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Mediation Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
