Intimation of change.—Every registrar to an issue shall intimate to the Investor Protection Fund Trust, in Form B and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Investor Protection Fund Trust shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
