Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a zoo shall apply to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
