Intimation of change.—Every enrolled person shall intimate to the Government of West Bengal, in Form C and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of West Bengal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
