Application for registration.—Every registrar to an issue carrying on the business of a registrar to an issue shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form D, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every contract note held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
