Intimation of change.—Every manager of a mine shall intimate to the Controller General, in Form C and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controller General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
