Intimation of change.—Every trading licensee shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form VI and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
