Surrender of certificate.—Every trading licensee who ceases to carry on the trading of electricity shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every tariff held by him has been disposed of.
