Intimation of change.—Every registered office keeper shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form INC-1 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
