Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in foreign currency who ceases to carry on dealing in foreign currency shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every bank note held by him has been disposed of.
