Intimation of change.—Every requisitioned property owner shall intimate to the Sub-Registrar, in Form 5 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
