Surrender of certificate.—Every requisitioned property owner who ceases to carry on the ownership of requisitioned property shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every estate held by him has been disposed of.
