Application for registration.—Every requisitioned property owner carrying on the ownership of requisitioned property shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Registrar in Form 4, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every interest in land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
