Intimation of change.—Every operator of a stadium shall intimate to the Disciplinary Panel, in Form C and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Disciplinary Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
