Intimation of change.—Every counting agent shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 2B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
