Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome shall keep the premises where the erection of structures near an aerodrome is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every certificate of airworthiness kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the erection of structures near an aerodrome, and shall furnish to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-1, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
