Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome who ceases to carry on the erection of structures near an aerodrome shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-1 of the manner in which every aerodrome held by him has been disposed of.
