Surrender of certificate.—Every surveyor who ceases to carry on the assessment of loss shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-5 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
