Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the examination centre shall apply to the Director of Education in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Director of Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
